Roles & Permissions
Overview of what each role can do on the federation's website.
Visitor
Not signed in — public access only (news, calendar, ranking of all members).
Member
Standard account — read access, edit your own profile.
President
Club manager — can manage the members of their club, record games and news.
Board
Board member — extended access to the whole site, managing tournaments and content.
Admin
Administrator — full access, including role management and GDPR anonymisation.
